The tournament will be held on tenhou.net
This time the tournament is not for everyone, it has a preselection.
Requirements for players:
- the player that had an active tenhou account with 4d R1800 and higher in the last 6 months
- the player that had an active majsoul account with Master II and higher in the last 6 months
- the player from top-20 of online rating on 1st February: https://mahjong.click/en/rating/riichi/online/2021/2/1/
When you register put information about your tenhou or ms account to "Additional info" field.
The tournament will only take place if there are 28 or more registered participants by February 7th. Otherwise, a regular ranking tournament will be held for everyone.
Since there are 6 games (not 7 as usual) we will start one hour later at 8:30 AM UTC (11:30 AM Moscow Time).
On the tournament date from 7:20 AM UTC to 8:20 AM UTC all the players should join Discord channel https://discord.gg/3e2z8Z2 and confirm that they are going to participate. Only confirmed players will be able to play in the tournament.
Tournament results will not be added to Online rating.
