Description
Everything is familiar and simple - tenhou, qualifiers, final.
The rewards will be as follows:
1st place - a box (not small box) of Japanese sweets, honor and respect;
2nd place - the same box, but smaller in size, honor and respect;
3rd place - Japanese iced coffee (not one can), honor and respect;
4th place - a free tour to the Hokuto no Maajan's homeland* (!), But you will have to get to it yourself, and, of course, honor and respect! (Surgut, Russia)* + guaranteed tenhou subscription

Qualifiers will be held on Saturday 10 October. It will be 7 hanchans. Beginning at 9:00 UTC
The final will take place the next day, Sunday 11 October. And it will be 4 hanchans. Beginning at 14:00 UTC
All players on the day of the tournament will need to confirm their participation. Just write in https://t.me/hokutonotournament or directly me @Kawaii_Agro in Telegram
The confirmation phase starts at 7:00 UTC and ends at 8:50 UTC on October 10th and from 12:00 to 13:50 on October 11th, respectively. Only players who have confirmed their participation will be allowed to the tournament.
The rules are identical to those on tenhou! But with little changes. To be more precisely the following rules are added:
- agariyame nasi (if the last dealer wins, the game continues anyway until it is displaced in any way or shows noten);
- zeroing and riichi'ng with a negative score is possible;
- start from 30,000 points;
- uma 15/5, no oka.
- nagashi mangan nasi.
The finalists will be determined by the sum of points for all games (taking into account the uma 15/5) for 7 hanchan. In the final as well.
