Library #29, Yekaterinburg, 163B Belinskogo Street.
Important: There is no direct access from Belinskogo Street (courtyards are fenced). Please use the entrance from Tsivillinga Street. Navigation apps show the correct route—please follow them.
Tournament Details:
We will play according to the RRC rules, developed throughout 2024 and finalized by Oleg Klimenko (a big thank-you to Oleg for his hard work!).

Aka-dora: Enabled
Starting points: 30,000
Uma: 15/5
Nagashi mangan: Disabled
Negative points: Allowed
Abortive draws: Disabled
Atamahane: Disabled
Chombo penalty: -20,000 points after Uma
Yakitori: Disabled (no penalties for players who do not win any hands)
Renho: Counts as Mangan

Fees will be refunded if you cancel your participation by February 20, 2025.
Fee structure:
1,500 RUB if paid by February 1, 2025
1,700 RUB if paid by February 28, 2025
2,000 RUB if paid on the day of the tournament
Registration starts 1.03 at 9:00, games start at 10:00,
The last game is going to finish before 19:00, 2.03.
