Participation procedure
The first 52 who paid the fee will participate in the tournament
- those who applied from 1st to 52nd position can pay the fee from the first day of the announcement
- those who applied from 53rd position can pay the fee from 30.12
After the full composition of 52 participants is determined, registration will be closed, and all those who did not make it to the limit will be put on the waiting list in the order of registration.
If there are vacancies, they will be offered a place in the tournament.
Tournament Rules
EMA with Uma Akadors - 30/10
Pantheon will be used to count game points. Players are advised to have a smartphone with a working internet connection.
No re-deals on 4 identical winds, on 9 terminals and values, on 4 riichi, on 4 kans.
Starting points - 30,000. The dealer in orasu continues the game in case of his own win or a draw even if he is the leader in points. Hanchan ends with a win of the non-dealer or the dealer's noten in case of a draw. Riichi sticks in case of a draw in orasu go to the leader in points. The Western round is not played.
From minus points, you can throw riichi.
Chi shift is prohibited.
Open tanyao is allowed.
No kazoe yakuman, there is renho (but there is a mangan), no nagashi mangan.
No atamahane. In case of double/triple ron, payments are made to each of the winning players, renchans are paid according to atamakhana. Riichi sticks, if any, are returned to the winning players, extra riichi sticks are transferred according to atamakhana.
The dora indicator after the open kan is opened immediately, until the player discards the tile after taking the replacement tile.
Hanchan lasts 75 minutes plus one or two hands depending on the remaining time.
The judging will be carried out by a non-playing judge: Burmistrov Evgeny + 1 more non-playing judge.

Refunds
If the participant has paid the fee and refuses a place, then a full refund if there are more than 2 weeks before the start of the tournament.
Partial refund of 50% of the entry fee when the tournament is less than 2 weeks away.
No refund when the tournament is less than a week away.

You can freely move around the library between the khanchans.
